5 minutes doesn't sound very long does it? In fact normally it doesn't feel to long. But today running on the treadmill 5 minutes was more like 5 hours. Yes I know I am whining about running 5 minutes straight. I know lots of people run way longer than that, but today 5 minutes=1/2 a mile=Jell-O legs=really hard, and really long. I am on week four of my running! YIPEE! And the positive of the day I didn't fall off when my legs felt like Jell-O. YAY ME!
