It Was Epcot!

Wednesday was an early day. We had to be at breakfast at 8:00 AM to have breakfast with Chef Mickey and his friends. I had debated on this, but after being told how wonderful they were by people... Nedra.. I decided I would try and get reservations. And we did! I am so grateful we did it, and that I listened to everyone. It was so much fun! The kids were excited to meet all of their favorite characters. They were even more excited that we were going to eat breakfast and they were going to come to us. We didn't have to stand in a crazy line just to meet them.

We started with Mickey. The kids loved it!

And then Goofy came along. Little Man was sure Randy would want a picture with him since he happens to be Randy's favorite. But Randy resisted. The kids were very excited to meet him. Goofy tickled Little Man every time he got close. These pictures make me giggle still.

Little Miss was thrilled to meet Minnie. The great thing about these characters.. none of them blinked or made weird faces. It was great!

Then Donald came. The kids were excited to meet him also.

But Little Man was waiting. Waiting. Waiting. He could not wait to meet his favorite character of all. Pluto. He about jumped out of his skin meeting him. He was so excited!

See that hug? He had a serious grip on Pluto. He was so excited that he met Pluto. It made his day.. and his week!

We figured since we forked over a pretty penny on this breakfast we needed a picture of us all there. And this happens to be my favorite family picture of the week!

We left our breakfast all fat and happy. We were on our way to Epcot. Little Man had been excited all week to go. We went and road Soarin' right away. We rode it a couple of times. It was so much fun! And then we watched a few shows. And soon after we met more characters. The kids were excited to meet Chip and Dale! We went and did a Kim Possible Mission. The kids loved being Secret Agents. We did our Mission in China. It was quite hot by then. We had already ridden Test Track and a few other rides. We walked a little more and then we met Genie. The kids were filling their autograph books, and they were both thrilled.

Little Miss was so excited to wait in line to meet more people.

Next up was Belle. Little Man didn't feel the need, or desire to meet him. He was too cool for it.

And then we met Sleeping Beauty. Little Miss was in heaven. She is her favorite. And it was even better that she told Little Miss she looked just like her. She was over the moon.

And then it was back to meet Jasmine. And just as we got up to meet her Genie came back out. She was excited to meet both of them together.

We had one more Princess for the day. Snow White. Little Man was a trooper. He supported his sister meeting all of the Princesses as long as he could ride in the stroller.

I love the pictures of Little Miss with all of the Princesses. I love the interaction, and the time that they each spent with her. It meant the world to her. And it made a long hot day at Epcot a fantastic memory!

We hopped on a boat to go across the lake. We were hot. Our feet were tired and we needed a little break in the shade.

We found a sprinkler park shortly after. The kids were excited. They jumped right in and were drenched in minutes. Little Man particularly loved all of the Sprinkler parks. They played and jumped around in the water. They were refreshed and happy.

We decided we needed another family picture while at Epcot. Notice the weird rat pose my kids are doing? Nice huh?

After riding Test Track again we stopped in the car showroom. Little Man loved this car. He would like to get a convertible soon. Ha.. don't count on it dude.

We finished up on Mission Space. Randy opted out. But the kids and I loved it. By the time we left it was way late. And this girl crashed. We were exhausted. And on a side note. Today is my birthday. Yep I am 29. And Happy Birthday to one of my dearest friends for over twenty years, Happy Birthday Kelli! I hope 29 is awesome for you too!!
