It Was Wild!

Thursday Morning we made our way to Disney's Animal Kingdom. We were off to see all of the Wild Animals! The kids were so excited. We decided to go on the Safari first. They told us we would be gone for two weeks. Little Man and Little Miss were slightly concerned about this.

Finally on our way!

We saw many animals. And they were very close. Much closer than what we see at the Zoo. And it was great to feel like you were really on a Safari. We loved it.

The Plains.

We saw several Giraffe. I wanted to reach out and touch them. But something told me that would be a bad idea. I resisted.

Check out those horns. You don't want to mess with them.

After our Safari and seeing all of the wonderful animals we watched a bird show. The kids loved this. The birds flew all around and we trained amazingly. We loved it.

We also rode the Rapids. This is our before picture.

And the after. We were drenched. We loved it! We rode it over and over. The kids loved the water fall, the rapids, all of it. We loved that we were wet and cool. It was a Wild Ride!

We rode on the Mountain Roller coaster. It went backwards. It had a Yeti. It made Randy a little sick.. and the kids. I loved it. We didn't ride it again. What a bummer. Then we met more characters! Pooh, Tigger, and Eeyore. The kids were so excited!

We went to a show It's tough to be a Bug. It made Little Miss cry. Little Man didn't wear the 3-D glasses the whole time. And Randy and I just enjoyed the rest. It was nice to sit down for a while.

And then we were off to Dino-Land. We rode on the Triceratops Spin. (Just like Dumbo) The kids loved it.

We went to the Dino Dig and let the kids play. And then we watched Finding Nemo the Musical. It was the best show we saw the whole time we were at Disney World. It was fantastic. The kids loved it. And it was the perfect way to end our day. We were exhausted but we had a fantastic time.
